We provide custom software development services including but not limited to:

  • Mobile Application Development (Native Android, WebView).
  • Graphic Design & Branding (Logos, Banners).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Prafosys Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website.

Client Ownership

Upon full payment of the project fees, the Client is granted 100% ownership of the source code, design assets, and database schema developed specifically for their project. We retain the right to reuse generic code snippets (libraries, helper functions) for other projects.

4. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance payment (typically 40-50%) is required to commence work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final handover of source code/credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services or take down the website if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prafosys Technologies, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the software we build. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of business losses, data breaches caused by third-party hosting, or user negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maharashtra for the resolution of any disputes.
